Before Maeve's Method
Nicole called in Maeve’s Method to work on her home office, located in the living room of the apartment she shared with her husband. She found that her desk had become a place where she dropped items without sorting or dealing with them, and was overwhelmed with piles and papers.
After Maeve's Method
Maeve and Nicole explored ways to set up the desk more effectively for her needs, and helped Nicole to set priorities with both her business and her home life. They also found that she tended to use her top shelves to dump items. One simple solution was to anchor the shelves with decorative or personal item, which would block the area and stop the piles from starting. Nicole replaced the piles with a framed photo of she and her husband, and this put a smile on her face.
